We are excited to offer a Social Skills Group for 8-11 year olds at Ridge Psychological
Social situations can be hard to navigate. One of the best (and most FUN) ways to help children learn and apply new skills is in a group with other children. This group will use an evidence-based approach to help your child improve their social skills. This group will be tailored for children between the ages of 8-11. Topics will cover building communication strategies, feeling identification skills and skills to make and maintain friendships.
Lead by Dr. Tatyana Shchupak
Group will:
- Start in late October 2024
- Be held on Tuesdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm
- Run for 8 weeks (you must commit
to all 8 sessions) - Include 4-5 children ages 8-11
- Be held in person at our Park Slope office (45 Plaza Street West, Suite 1B)
- Cost $150 per session
- Be payable upfront or contact us for
a payment plan
